Composed for my MLitt while world creating. I wrote the lyrics, used found footage and free images for the video, then, because I was examining Freud‘s understanding of Prosthetic gods in a more modern era, where we have become such gods.
With our IPhone’s, for example, becoming an appendage, a prosthetic attached to our hands, or headphone’s plugged into our ears, that we can’t do without. These prosthetics are a crutch to keep us connected to each other, more so now during COVID-19.
The song I wrote is sung by an AI, and the accompanying music is also by the same AI.
